We are currently shipping within the United States. We will do our best to get your order out as efficiently as possible. Our processing time is 3-5 business days and our shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that some items are made to order and it may take a few extra days to process your order. We are humans so bare with us as we learn!
RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem with your order please reach out to me as soon as possible. We want to make things right and ensure you are beyond satisfied with your product or service!
Custom orders are non refundable due to the nature of them. If there is an issue or mistake, reach out.
For orders from the shop, only product amount is refunded upon receipt of returned item. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to seller and item must be returned unused.
